Purchasing and Shipping FAQs

How much do you charge to ship works domestically and internationally?

Once you've made an enquiry, and filled out the contact form, I will get back to you to find out the nature of your request as well as your address details. I will then source an accurate shipping/delivery option for you by post or courier. All items will include insurance. And you, the buyer, will be responsible for any international customs/fees.

Do you offer framing?

Some of my art is already framed. If unframed, it will either be on stretched canvas or a birch wood panel with a finished gallery depth edge of 1.5". It will be ready to hang.

Who do you use for shipping and delivery?

I will use Post or Courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL). All shipments will be fully insurable and trackable.

What is your returns policy?

If you're not happy with the piece once you have it in your home, I offer a full refund for the art work only. Send me an email within 7 (seven) days of receiving the piece letting me know you wish to return it. Please repackage the work in its original packaging, and return it using a reliable, insured shipping option. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of the return (as well any international customs/fees). You will receive a full refund once I receive the art work back in its original condition.

Note: I handle commissions differently from the sales of the rest of my art work. There will be a nonrefundable deposit on any commissioned work - please reach out for more details.

When will I receive my purchased art work?

I will aim to ship the art work within two weeks of your purchase. Shipping/Delivery times will be dependent on location and time of year, but I will do my best to find the most efficient way of getting my art work to you as soon as possible.

How do I pay for my new art work?

Payment is to be made in $CAD either by E-transfer or credit card (though Square payments). Note: Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
